Egyptian singer, guitarist and electronic musician Aya Metwalli was the guest of Ruptures, in the studios of Radio Liban 96.2FM, for an interview covering her musical output of the last ten years or so.
U.S.-born musician Nathan Larson and Lebanese producer and promoter Ziad Nawfal were the guests of Leyla Nahas on Radio Liban 96.2FM, to describe the long road leading to the creation and production of Beirut Drone ’19. Put together by Nawfal’s Ruptured and Larson’s Lumen Project, in partnership with Ziad Moukarzel’s Woodwork Studios, this 12-hour festival took place in Beirut on June 15 at Zoukak Studio, and featured no less than 21 Lebanese and international top-notch musicians and VJ’s.

Arthur Teboul, lead singer with French rock quintet Feu! Chatterton, was the guest of “Ruptures” on Radio Liban 96.2 FM, for an interview revolving around the recording of the band’s first 2 albums, as well as their upcoming concert at Music Hall in Beirut.
Ruptures had the pleasure of hosting US-born, Berlin-based musician Chad Methany aka Emperor X on Radio Liban 96.2 FM, for an interview and formidable live performance, ahead of his headlining show at Beirut Open Space. Fadi Tabbal from Tunefork Studios engineered the session.
Ruptured had the privilege of hosting exceptional British musician Nadine Shah in the studios of Radio Liban 96.2 FM on Friday 11/05, for a radio session engineered by Fadi Tabbal from Tunefork Studios. Nadine Shah will perform a concert at Onomatopoeia The Music Hub on Saturday 12/05, featuring James Brown from UK band Pulled Part by Horses and Lebanese singer-songwriter Youmna Saba.
For our second “Ruptured Session” of 2018, we were thrilled to welcome in the studios of Radio Liban 96.2FM Lebanese band POSTCARDS, consisting for this particular occasion of Julia Sabra (guitar & vocals), Marwan Tohme (guitar & backing vocals), and Pascal Semerdjian (synth & backing vocals). The three musicians spoke at length about the making of their most recent release “I’ll be here in the morning” (T3 Records + Ruptured, 2018), presented some of their favorite tracks, and performed two songs from the album.
